Cancellation Policy
A cancellation made with less than twenty-four (24) hour notice significately limits our ability to make the appointment available for another client in need of In-Home Support and Services. To remain consistant with our mission, we have instituted the following policy:
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to three (3) hours prior to the appointment time at no charge.
- A $29 rescheduling fee may be applied to appointments rescheduled within three (3) hours of the appointment time at Aurasius’s sole discretion.
Cancellation
- You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the appointment time at no charge for any reason.
- A $29 cancellation fee may be applied to appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) notice at Aurasius Residential Services sole discretion.
- If an appointment is cancelled with less than three (3) hours before the appointment time you will be charged $69 cancellation fee.
