Service includes

The Tech will perform the following:

Remove your old thermostat and label the wires for installation or repair purposes.
Install your smart thermostat, connect it to your home network, and install a decorative trim plate or standard thermostat base. Drill holes will be concealed beneath the provided wall plate.
Install and set up mobile app.
Make sure your thermostat is working properly, testing both the heat and air conditioning.
Test your remote function and make sure your signal strength is good.
Show you commonly used features.

Network setup/optimization.
Installation of device on a line voltage (120V or 240V) system or from the HVAC.

Adequate WiFi signal will be required at install areas.
Have all necessary WiFi passwords ready for the tech.
There must be an existing functioning thermostat for a new thermostat to be installed in the same location.
