Service includes
The Tech will perform the following:
- Replace your existing doorbell with a smart doorbell according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Add the smart doorbell to your existing wireless network or a smart hub that you supply.
- Update both software and firmware on the new doorbell as needed.
- Connect and configure your existing network and make any required adjustments.
- Show you how to change batteries and use the new doorbell system.
- Assist with personalization and the configuration of an existing voice control device with your new doorbell.
Required
A functioning doorbell is required at the installation area for hard-wired video doorbells.
What is not included
- Installation or concealment of any cable or wiring including relocation or modification of the doorbell wiring.
- Setup or configuration of a new wireless network, or home modifications.
Important
- Adequate WiFi signal will be required at install areas.
- Please be sure to have any necessary WiFi passwords ready for the tech.
- Battery operated doorbells require a fully charged battery prior to service appointment.
- Hardwire doorbells can only be installed in the same location of an existing functioning doorbell.
- This service does NOT include the running of new electrical wires for doorbell relocation.
